Children and Family Centres
We’re partnering with Milton Keynes City Council’s network of Family Centres to bring free, confidential advice directly into local communities.
From November 2025, Citizens Advice Milton Keynes is pleased to be introducing drop-in advice sessions at the following centres in the city:

Service Details
- Sessions will run at each of the centres every 2 weeks
- They are open to parents and families who live in each centre’s catchment area.
- No appointment necessary, just drop in during the times advertised at each of the centres.
- At each of the sessions, our staff will conduct a short triage interview (around 15–20 minutes max) so we can give you the right information and determine whether to connect you to further support or an appointment within our wider service, later down the line if needed.
Our trained staff will be on hand to help with:
- Debt and money issues
- Benefits and Universal Credit
- Housing and homelessness
- Work and employment
- Family law and relationship matters
This partnership forms part of the council’s Family Hub programme, designed to make early help and community support easier for families to access across Milton Keynes.
