Our main office is conveniently located at Acorn House, in Midsummer Boulevard at the heart of Central Milton Keynes.
All major bus routes stop within a short walk from the building. Both premium and standard rate parking is located nearby and spaces for blue badge holders are situated in front of Acorn House.
Coming to see us
Due to Covid-19 we have taken the difficult decision to close our drop in permanently. You can no longer come to see us at Acorn House unless we have asked you to visit the building in person. In future, any face to face appointments will be risk assessed and you may be asked to have your temperature taken upon arrival and wear a mask or face covering.
Only a small number of advisers are on duty in the building, and many of our staff remain working from home. Please note that if you come to Acorn House without an invitation or appointment our staff will be unable to come and see you at reception. Please do not leave letters or documents for us in reception unless we have asked you to.
You can, however, use our virtual Digital Drop In Service to set up an immediate video call with one of our Advisors to access our free, confidential, independent and impartial advice. No longer do you have to travel or spend time visiting our premises. Now you have the convenience of speaking with one of our advisors from your own home, local centre or workplace.
