Email advice is for residents living in Milton Keynes only. If you do not live in Milton Keynes please contact your local office for advice thank you.
Our email service has changed
We recognise that it can be hard for some people to contact us during standard opening hours so we have now opened our email service out of hours.
This means if you would like to email us for advice, please use the contact form at the bottom of the page between Monday – Friday 4:00pm to 09:00am. Please note that you will only able to email us between these times.
To help our advisers deal with your enquiry in the best way, please remember the following:
- Include as much detail about your problem as you can within the email,
- If your query relates to debt issues , please call us as we are unable to help with debt problems via email.
- If you’ve contacted us for email advice but you think you haven’t received a reply after a few days, please check your junk mail folder.
If you wish to contact us during opening hours, please contact us by phone on 0808 278 7991 this number is free to call from landlines and mobiles.
We also provide a Digital Drop In which can be accessed here. This service currently operates Tuesday – Thursday 10:00am to 3:00pm.
When we e-mail you
- We aim to respond to your enquiry within 2- 4 working days but cannot guarantee an exact time frame as the service is in high demand
- We will respond to the email address you have provided to us on the contact form below.
- We cannot be held responsible should any person other than yourself have access to that email account, and read your correspondence.
- We aim to provide appropriate advice in our first email reply to you.
- Sometimes, if there isn’t enough information, we may ask you to phone us so we can get more details from you to help us best resolve your enquiry.
If your enquiry is URGENT we don’t recommend that you use email to contact us, and you should phone us or use the video call service instead.
