The CAB service aims:
- to provide the advice people need for the problems they face
- to improve the policies and practices that affect people's lives
Self Help Pack
There are two parts to the Self Help Pack:
1) a Self Help Pack document (PDF file) explaining the process
2) a Personal Budget Sheet (PDF file) for you to complete
It would be worthwhile you printing both of these dcuments. Follow the instructions in order to try to make payment arrangements with your creditors.If your creditors take any legal action against you or refuse to accept your payment proposal then you may need to contact us for further advice.
