County Court Possession Hearings

There will be a CAB advisor (or one from Shelter) present at the Milton Keynes County Court when Possession Hearings are being held.

If you would like last minute advice before you enter the court then please ask the Court Usher to direct you to the CAB advisor.

It would be very helpful if you bring a completed personal budget sheet with you to court to help support any offer that is made. Either use the forms provided by the court or you can donwload our own one from here - http://www.miltonkeynescab.org.uk/self_help_pack.htm .

Please make sure you arrive at the court at least 15-20 minutes before the case is scheduled so that you have time to talk to the advisor.
