Walk in Service at Acorn House

There is a 'walk in' service offered at Acorn House, Midsummer Boulevard Monday-Friday (excluding Public Holidays) between 9:00am and 3:00pm.

From 3pm to 5pm each weekday we provide an Enhanced Access Service for clinets who need an interpreter or do not have access to a telephone.

The aim is to offer clients information in a convenient way and to offer more detailed appointments where needed or a call back from an advisor.

Please make sure you bring all relevant documents with you. For example:

  • For advice about an employment issue then bring a copy of your contract of employment
  • For advice about a benefit your receive (or have been refused) please bring a copy of the award or refusal letter
  • For advice about an immigration matter please bring your passport and correspondence from the Home Office

If you do not bring the relevant paperwork with you then we may not be able to advise you.
